Jonathan Zerkee
President & Project Manager
Jonathan Zerkee is the visionary owner and founder of Sonbuilt Custom Homes Ltd. He is a BCIT graduate and brings approximately 20 years of construction experience to the Sonbuilt team. Jonathan started the residential construction company in 1995 and has grown it to a gross annual sales volume of over $500K. During his years of construction experience he has held positions as project manager, site supervisor and construction training specialist for major construction firms throughout the Lower Mainland. He has consulted his expertise across Canada and the United States as a residential construction specialist.
Sherel Chand – B. Tech. in Arch. Sci.
Architectural Technologist
Sherel Chand recently graduated from the Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Science program at BCIT in June 2006. After completing her Diploma in Architectural Building and Engineering Technology in 2004, she pursued a career in residential design with Sonbuilt Custom Homes and maintained a part-time position while continuing her studies. Sherel is now a full-time designer and is involved in various areas of the design-build process, including client interviews, custom home plans, site visits, and building her knowledge and experience in design and structure to be a part of the project management team.
